Elevation: 1,170 ft ascent | 3,664 ft descent

     ■ Time for resupply day! First stop: Muir Trail Ranch
     ■ Pass of the day: Seldon Pass. Quick and easy right from camp
     ■ Sallie Keys
     ■ Most of the descent was gradual, until reaching what seemed like endless switchbacks dropping 3,500 feet into MTR
     ■ Glad I am not going northbound! That climb seems awful with a full pack
     ■ MTR moved resupply away from the ranch, closer to the hot springs
     ■ No hiker buckets
     ■ Hot and dry walk to Piute Pass bridge camp
     ■ Cooled down in the water and got some laundry done
